    Terms & Conditions

    The following promotion runs from June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

    1. The “Birthday Delight for Platinum Members” (“Offer”) is applicable to Platinum Members of The Club who have entered their birth month in the “Member Information” section of their account at The Club at least three days before their birth month during the Promotion Period (“Members”). Members can enter their birth month once only in the “Member Information” section of their account at The Club and cannot change it once confirmed.

    2. Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) will send relevant promotional materials (“Promotion Materials”) to Members during their birth months to explain how to utilize the Offer. The Offer allows Members to choose one designated birthday gift (“Gift”) at a designated website during their birth month, in accordance with the instructions specified in the Promotion Materials. The Gift cannot be changed or cancelled, once confirmed. Once the Gift is confirmed, The Club will send an eRedemption letter (“eRedemption Letter”) to the eligible Member’s email address.

    3. Each Member is entitled to one Gift only during the Promotion Period.

    4. The eRedemption Letter and eMembership card for The Club must be presented when collecting the Gift at a designated location within the designated period, as instructed by the eRedemption Letter. The Offer will be forfeited after the designated period on the eRedemption Letter without further notice, and Members will not receive any compensation.

    5. A Member must have platinum membership of The Club during his/her birth month in order to qualify for the Offer.

    6. The Club reserves the right to change any Gift without further notice. Gifts are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

    7. The Offer is non-transferrable and available only to eligible Members.

    8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount or cash coupon, and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products.

    9. The Club is not the supplier of the food, drinks, goods, products and/or services provided by any merchant and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the same, and accepts no liability for any matters arising from, or in relation to, the same. The relevant merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to its provision of food, drinks, goods, products and/or services.

    10. The Offer is subject to the respective terms and conditions of The Club (https://goo.gl/ihL6jx) and the relevant merchants. The Club reserves the right to vary or cancel the Offer and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, decisions made by The Club and/or the relevant merchant shall be final and binding.     11. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
